Job Description Job Description Heritage Fence Company is looking for a CDL Driver (Lowboy Experience Preferred) to join our growing team! We service the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial markets in eastern PA, MD, DE, VA, NJ, NY with a focus on all types of Fencing (Wood, PVC, Aluminum, Chain Link, Steel, Temporary, etc) Railings, Wooden & Steel Guide Rails, Dumpster Enclosures, Anti-Climb, Temporary Pedestrian Barriers, Jersey Barriers (PVC & Concrete), Gate Operators, Access Control and much more! Responsibilities: Consistently deliver exceptional client experience by adhering to our core values Perform all required safety checks (i.e. pre/post trip) including inspections of tractor/truck and trailer according to Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and take appropriate action as needed. Follow all DOT and company safe driving guidelines and policies. Physical requirements include but are not limited to standing, walking, reaching, lifting, stacking or pulling products of various sizes, on shelves of various heights, weighing between 10-90lbs throughout the shift. Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Maintain a clean and organized tractor and trailer. Unload all equipment, materials and remove all trash as required. Performs other related duties as assigned. Plan, Implement and manage tasks in accordance with priorities and goals Adhere to relevant safety regulations and requirements Manage & guide the use of equipment and machinery Prep/Load trucks with materials and tools for daily jobs Check trucks to make sure all tools/trailers are properly secured Maintain weekly maintenance logs for company vehicle *will be home daily, driving short distances (usually within a 3-hour radius) and you will be loading and unloading materials onto the flatbed. You will also be responsible for strapping down heavy equipment needed for each job including skidsteers, excavators, and large tools* Requirements and Skills: Valid Medical Card High School Diploma/GED US Citizenship or Working Visa Must be 21 years of age Valid CDL Class B license required , CDL Class A license preferred Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements (where applicable) Minimum of 2 years’ experience Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years Ability to perform layout and setup of the work Familiarity with blueprints Good time-management skills Ability to multi-task Strong interpersonal and communication skills Critical-thinker and problem-solver Good math skills Ability to pass new hire and random drug test Ability to work overtime if needed Any additional relevant certifications will be considered an advantage Ability to lift 80lbs Benefits Offered: Competitive Wages DOE Company Vehicles (6) Paid Holidays Paid Vacation Days Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Uniforms 401K/Profit Sharing Employee Appreciation/Outings such as Phillies games, golfing, bowling, BBQ’s, Gift Cards Call 610-584-6710 or visit us at 3890 Skippack Pike, Skippack, PA 19474 Resumes can be emailed to hr@heritage-fence.com hc85002
