STRATEGIC MARKETING ASSOCIATE-65,000-75,000Baltimore area (Hybrid/3 days a week in-office)POSITION SUMMARY:Prominent employer in the Baltimore area that continues to experience robust growth is looking for a Strategic Marketing Associate to develop and implement marketing plans for various internal stakeholder teams. Key qualifications include online and offline marketing campaign management experience, a strategic mindset and strong interpersonal skills.Strong company culture that regularly promotes from within. Excellent benefits and annual bonuses. This requires a hybrid work schedule, so ideally you will live within a reasonable commuting distance of southwest Baltimore county.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain, document, and execute all aspects of the integrated strategic marketing plan including television, print, events, direct mail, collateral, and digital campaigns.
• Manage the creation and execution of enterprise marketing campaigns, as well as photo and video production, including developing and maintaining spreadsheets and other documentation. Responsibilities also include the distribution of creative assets and management of the review process.
• Manage financial budgets of marketing campaigns.QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Two plus years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills. Strategic acumen.
  • Superb communication skills.
