We achieve industry-leading results in customer satisfaction, driving high occupancy, and positive health outcomes.The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, optimization and reporting of digital marketing initiatives including, but not limited to, website performance and usability, search engine marketing, paid social, email marketing and other digital advertising efforts. Website performance includes reporting and analysis, testing and optimization (CRO). Search engine marketing efforts include working with our digital marketing agency to support PPC campaign performance, SEO and content marketing strategy initiatives. Social media efforts include managing lead nurture advertising campaigns (Facebook and Google) and collaborating on brand reputation management strategies and content planning and development. Email marketing responsibilities include strategic planning for email content, automated programming and contact strategies.How you will make an impact:

  • Provide analytical and strategic input on the development of an annual digital marketing program strategy aligned with Erickson Senior Living overall business objectives, including tactics.
  • Provide overall leadership and strategy for social media marketing, including the development of an annual social media marketing strategy aligned with the overall digital marketing program strategy.
  • Determine, develop, and execute social media initiatives that align with the overall digital marketing strategy and overall enterprise business objectives.
  • Lead online reputation management efforts for corporate and communities, including the acquisition strategy for positive reviews and ratings.
  • Test and optimize digital marketing campaigns and website pages to improve lead generation performance. Ensure timeliness and accuracy in the delivery of CRO test plans and related agency deliverables, reports and projects.
  • Collaborate with the Web development team in IT to enhance the digital marketing and website user experience across all device types.
  • Work closely with copywriters, agencies and internal stakeholders to create digital ads that maximize performance.
  • Vendor management, including providing valuable input during regular agency meetings and any follow-up tasks required.
  • Support teams with digital marketing analytics to gauge channel performance and user engagement, identifying actionable insights to inform strategies, and communicating results through dashboards, presentations and written analyses. Includes actively producing reports and providing direction to others pulling data from Google Analytics, Salesforce, Facebook, Falcon and other digital marketing platforms and systems as needed.
  • Determine, develop, and execute social media initiatives that align with the overall digital marketing strategy and overall enterprise business objectives.
  • Responsible for the social ambassador program/Facebook group strategy.
  • Partner with the digital marketing agency to determine and execute strategic content marketing SEO optimizations for the corporate and community website.
  • Plan and create content to support digital marketing nurture campaigns, including Facebook paid nurture campaigns, Google match nurture campaigns and consult on internal email marketing nurture content as needed.
  • Develop data-driven digital nurture budget projections and responsible for nurture campaign budget tracking, invoicing and reconciliation.
  • Assist with email marketing contact strategies, testing and automated program strategy and content planning.What we offer:

      • Bachelor's Degree required, Marketing, Communications or related major preferred.
      • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience working in a digital marketing role.
      • 1-2+ years managing self-serve advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yahoo/Bing, etc.).
      • Website testing and optimization, SEO and content marketing strategy experience.
      • At least 1 year of email marketing experience.
      • Experience using digital marketing and database platforms including content management systems, social media management platforms, email service providers, CRM/database (e.g. Salesforce), creative asset development platforms and applications, and call tracking software (e.g. CallRail).
      • Experience using Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, and channel specific insights for measurement of digital marketing campaign performance.
      • Skilled in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, Google Sheets and Google Documents.
      • Excellent presentation skills and skilled with creating concise and informative presentations.
