Industrial Security Analyst 2 to support personnel security. The
Industrial Security Analyst will directly support restricted
programs in relation to all applicable classified federal,
contractual, customer and company requirements. The
responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Support a fast-paced, high profile program security environment.
Create, maintain and leverage working relationships with internal
and external customers. Maintain internal and external personnel
security files, folders, and databases in support of NGMS
restricted programs. Administer the personnel security program and
procedures for classified efforts as directed by program security
management. Support security education training and awareness
activities as needed. Study manuals outlining regulations, and help
streamline procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records,
and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted
records and materials. Conduct security education classes and
related briefings. Investigate security violations and prepare
reports specifying preventive action to be taken. This industrial
security position dedicated to the NGMS BWI personnel security
program. The chosen candidate will work in a team environment and
review, request, update, maintain, and safeguard personnel security
information to include CUI and PII information. The ideal candidate
will have excellent customer service and communication skills; the
ability to work independently and follow projects through to
completion; and the ability to maintain composure and flexibility
to deal with changing priorities and deadlines. Basic
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 2 years of Industrial
Security, Administrative, customer service, data entry and/or
relevant experience; additional 4 years of relevant work experience
may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. Current active Secret
clearance with ability to obtain/maintain (SAP) Special Access
Programs. US Citizenship required. Strong working knowledge of
basic office automation tool suites such as MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint). Preferred Qualification: Personnel security experience
in support of military, DOD, or IC customers. Bachelor’s Degree
with a focus on Business Administration, Industrial Security,
Homeland Security, or Cyber Security. OPSEC program experience.
Self-starter with minimal supervision. Willing to work extended
hours, in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Classification
review experience. Working knowledge of DoD 5205.07 SAP Manuals
volumes 1-4, ICD 705, ICD 704, and/or NISPOM applicable sponsor
procedures. Primary Level Salary Range: $0.00 - $0.00 The above
salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop
Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary
offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and
the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market
conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible
for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in
addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward
individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in
company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions
may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop
