Responsibilities The Customs Temporary Associate will provide critical support to the Customs team during peak season. This role focuses on the accurate review and entry of import data, helping ensure compliance regulations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with high volumes of data in a fast-paced environment. Assist the Customs Compliance team during peak season by reviewing customs entry data submitted by vendors for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance Review documents, identify discrepancies or missing information, and work directly with vendors to ensure timely and accurate resolution Enter import data into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail Maintain organized records and assist with basic reporting or tracking as needed to support compliance efforts Perform additional administrative or data-related tasks to support the Customs team as required Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry and document review Ability to stay focused and organized while working with time-sensitive information Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $18.00 per hour
