Job Description:
SUMMARYTo assist the Finance and Insurance department with
administrative duties.Candidate must have reliable transportation,
be willing to work flexible hours and maintain a professional
appearance.ESSENTIAL DUTIESEssential Duties include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.Receipt money and checksWork with
customers, sales department and accounting to resolve issuesDeliver
documents to various departmentsAnswers phone calls and takes
messages for Finance departmentMaintains a professional
appearance.Maintains a clean and professional work
environment.AttendanceClock in and Clock outQUALIFICATIONSTo
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to

operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure

problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in
situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to
